Senior Project Manager , Client Side - Education, Residential, Commercial

A leading Australian-owned Development and Project Management consultancy in Sydney is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team working across Education, Residential, Retirement Living, and Commercial projects.
They would consider an established Project manager who is looking to step up.

Established for over 20 years they partner with Institutional, Private Sector, and Non-for-profit businesses and have active new build and refurbishment projects with repeat clients.
They partner with clients from scope definition and design management, through the appointment of consultants and contractors, construction delivery, and handover.

The role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with a Senior PM and Associate to manage projects across all stages. You will be involved in design coordination, tendering/ procurement, contract administration, progress, budget, and risk reporting and liaise with the client throughout the project's lifecycle. You will liaise directly with consultants and building contractors to ensure design and quality are met.

Your background:

• Ideally, you will have 7 years + of client-side project management experience.
• High-level communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants & contractors
• High-level written skills for email communication and reporting writing
• You will be driven and can work to tight schedules with good time management skills
• Tertiary background in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or another Property related discipline
