Project Manager/ Senior PM, Client Side - Construction Hotel/ Hospitality
- Project Managers/ Senior PM Client Side or Head Contractor experience
- Delivery of New build and Refurbishment projects Hospitality, Commercial, Retail
- Sydney CBD Based
Their clients include education institutions, private development groups, retail and hospitality operators.
Working in their Sydney office you will work with a Project Director initially managing the delivery of Hotel/ Hospitality refurbishment/upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders
- Assist in design coordination
- Assist in preparation and submission of DA's and CC's
- development of tender documentation, contracts, cost reports, risk documents, tender assessment
- contracts administration - variations, progress claims
- Attend weekly project meetings on-site with contractors/clients
- Work with the Project Director in the daily management of stakeholders
- You will have completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or another Property related discipline
- You will have 4-10 years of experience in a Project Manager/ Project Engineer/ Contracts Administrator role.
- Experience with a property group, client-side consultancy, or Head Contractor is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
