This exciting opportunity is responsible for the property administration & management of a high-tech commercial-industrial property portfolio owned by a global property company. The portfolio is made up of A-grade, high-tech, newly built business-park assets in North Western Melbourne.
The role encompasses;
- Property-related accounts administration
- Financial reporting and budget control
- Leasing administration and reporting
- Security access & project coordination
- Management of external service providers and contractors
The role forms part of an in-house property and asset management team that oversees a significant property portfolio across Australia. The role may suit a Property Manager or an energetic Property Administrator seeking to expand their career working across significant commercial property assets. You may perhaps be looking to move away from a Real Estate Agency to work directly with an owner/occupier. The business is expanding and can provide a genuine career opportunity for those seeking advancement.
