They work across the Hospitality, retail, residential, commercial, industrial health, and education sectors.
Based in their Sydney office, you will work with a Project Director, initially managing the delivery of Hotel/ Club refurbishment $20 million and then moving onto a larger mixed-use redevelopment project.
You will manage projects across all stages, including design coordination, tendering/ procurement, contract administration, progress, budget, and risk reporting, and will liaise with the client throughout the project's lifecycle. You will liaise directly with consultants and building contractors to ensure design and quality are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders
- Assist in design coordination
- Assist in preparation and submission of DA's and CC's
- development of tender documentation, contracts, cost reports, risk documents, tender assessment
- contracts administration - variations, progress claims
- Attend weekly project meetings on-site with contractors/clients
- Work with the Project Director in the daily management of stakeholders
- You will have completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or another Property related discipline
- You will have 4-10 years of experience in a Project Manager role
- Experience with a property group, client-side consultancy, or Head Contractor is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
